have you tried reinstalling eq?
If the driver you linked is the one NVidia recommended you use when you put your card name into their site, then I would probably DL it. If that doesn't fix it there's some settings we can try to mess with to get things running better.

I have not tried reinstalling, but I dont have the CDs anymore either.
Think it's worth just buying a new video card? By the way, I can play indefinitely in the old world. I just have to relog and restart my machine. I'll still freeze in the old world, but I freeze way faster in Kunark. | ||
