If you mean running past the zoneline when you should have zoned, I've done that once on here. Couple years ago, I had a train on me in Blackburrow, and I ran to the zoneline, except I went through it. It was odd as hell. I ran back out, then retried to zone, and did.
I'm guessing it's just a rare glitch.
