In Kelethin, stand on the outside of the bank, with your nose pressed into the wall as close to the banker as possible. Then hit F9 a couple of times until your camera is 3rd person and looking approximately 90 deg off forward. Swivel your camera until you can see the banker through the window. Right click on banker through window. Bank through wall.
