I had a bunch more typed out but it was tl;dr. It's dumb to argue here about it.

IMO there are two types of people who hate America. The type that hate America the country or rather the idea of America and what it stands for, and the type who hate Americans themselves with their flag waving, bible thumping, 'fuck the rest of the world unless we can directly profit as a result' attitudes.
