You take the bait and buy it. Did I cheat you? Maybe... I definitely gouged you compared to the going rate. Is this ban-able? No. Why not? because you should have done a price check instead of taking my word for it. I would not get banned for doing this.

If you tell me the batfang headband has right click: win, it's a diff. category. There's a pretty clear line, slippery slope argument fail.

I'm not going HE MUST BE BANNED NOW, just asked if it was bannable. I want him to be stopped, because it sucks for anyone who falls for it. Newbies etc.
