Hope frost cast time is fixed in this, Didn't read entire thread. But frost at 3 seconds is broken, Supposed to be 6s. Running around with like 163MR 139FR 124CR and taking full hits on everything is annoying, But I have learn to dealt with it. However a resists change would be very interesting to see how this would change things vs casters. Granted root seems like pure luck, I have resisted 15-20 in a row only to be rooted first try by someone else. But everything else like druid frost, wildfire, dots, wizard nukes all full damage I don't think ive had a partial resist since rolling rogue even with circles/resist buffs. NEVER resisted winged death, breath of ro, any necro dots(shitty disease resist though, barely wear thex).
Necro/Shm dropping their dots on a target is pretty GG if solo or have no healer/pells. Almost no one runs around with psn/dis unless you have a pocket shaman/necro for dmf/etc.
