Bolt spells, Weapon nerf, and pet AGRO nerf?

Regarding, the weapon nerf... Nothing changed on the rate that pets proc.

The aggro nerf pre-dates me, but it is a known issue.

The bolt issue is also well known, since 2010, as you know from the 20 page monster you bumped.

Normally I would try to merge this into the appropriate bug thread, but I think a move is more appropriate.
