Team PVP will have more PVP then FFA. This is coming from someone who did 1-60, end gaming raiding and PVP on both RZ and SZ.

And I think it's already been stated the same "play nice" rules in place on Red will be on Teams as well correct? So none of that train war bullshit that plagued SZ.

And they can't just go SZ ruleset, some tweaks are needed. Evil team will just win again.

Item loot is stupid as has no place in EQ. All it does is favor people who can get full non drop high end loot and further the inequity between a common player and a dedicated end game raider.

It really adds nothing to the game, dying is already a big enough penalty.

You are contradicting yourself here. You don't want anymore pixel farming on an empty box, but all those pixels farmed on an empty box should be transfered unless you are a solo player who never joined a raiding guild & your gear isn't all no drop.

I thought the same "no drop" transfer would have been best for chars from blue, if they ever let ppl clone their blue chars. Keeping it no-drop means these toons don't negatively impact the economy. They will come over with empty slots that need filling (stimulating economy and encouraging them to play/farm gear) while at the same time leaving them with some sense of who their char is and what work they've put in so far.

I believe this is best for the server(s) overall. I also believe leaving them both open at the same time would really be a bad choice, given the 3 possibilities: 1) ppl log into empty box, farm da dragon, log off, wait till they can transfer loot over to Teams, 2) population is split, leaving servers less fun no matter which you choose, or 3) Teams takes an even bigger hit because Velious is released on R99 and blue, and T99 never gets a chance. GMs I hope you're reading and consider this. Please take R99 down, especially if you'd release velious on R99 when you do on blue.
