Let me tell you what happens. You report them to management, management "scolds" the employee and "punishes" them. You feel like a big guy with a big peepee. After you're gone, they all laugh at you and write down that you're a huge douche. You visit again and get subpar experience.

And I report them again for treating me with less respect and substandard service than everyone else. And then they get fired. They can laugh at me all they want, I did the right thing.

Actually, I'm a pretty high roller in at least four casinos in Vegas. I think they'll take into consideration if I say one of their bartenders is stiffing me.
