I want to clear something up, to the best of my knowledge, and I can't say I know everyone 100%, there is no Dundor in Vex.

Drundor is a member of Vex Dominus, he is Dwarf, not a halfling.

This guy was definitely tagged with Vex Dominus and it was theft, pure and simple.
And he had the nerve to auction the MQ about 10 mins later in EC.
