Hazran has been sporadic lately and I can't figure out why. Will look again.

Default Captain Hazran
I'm pretty sure Captain Hazran in WFP is bugged. I turned in 2 deathfist slashed belts at once and received no faction or coin. I tried it again with 4 at a time and the same thing happened. All my belts were deleted and gained no faction/coin. Frustrating.

tried handing in 2 like usual, nothing. tried 1 as well, still nothing.
