he doesnt sell batwings. the P99 isnt a be all end all. It's player made and editted. Some items say they are sold by merchants but if you goto the merchants actual page they dont sell them. You can try and edit the wiki or find someone to do it to put the right info. And no the wiki isnt maintained by same people that run the server.
