Plenty of good threads are forced into RnF because RnF has been made as an excuse not to moderate Server Chat.
Ah, but that's not the point being made here. If moderation is the problem, that can be addressed. That's not the same thing as arguing "RnF is bad, eliminate RnF"

Besides, there's plenty of other places on the internet to sling shit if that's really all you want to do. Creating a better gaming atmosphere seems to be Rogeans goal, and the arguement is that RnF is a detriment to that end.
If the moderators are already doing a crappy job (supposedly) at moderating server chat, how well do you think they'll moderate it when RnF closes down and there's no place for the garbage?

Sorry, those of us who have been here for a while know it's better to have it than not. Ignore it and you're better off. If moderators are too quick to move stuff to RnF, that needs to be dealt with separately from "remove RnF".
