Game Mechanics: Throwing boulder dmg compared to bow dmg

And in case people weren't aware but on Red99 bow/throwing dmg is restricted by almost nothing, and should be more like the ranger's damage, it's consistent almost unavoidable dmg - no reason boulders should be hitting 577 crit/270+ non crit IMO.
