I use it a lot to describe people who want to knock 50% off your asking price then resell it for twice what you were selling it for in the first place. Those people live in EC, and spam 3-4 lines at once with different items...and are the main source of the problem.
Nice that EC thrives, no problem with that... but if someone new to P99 zones into EC with only their main window, good luck to them looking for what their group is trying to say to them at orc 1, not to mention clicking/learning what stats are on items
