Cant talk after updating to v31

Did you check the window settings you are currently in and make sure it still has the same settings (whether it is tels, say etc)?

I would first make sure that your settings / filters for that particular window did not change.

You can go to your window your cannot chat on, right click, then hover over filters and see what is set.
