Edit: Not the police, just want people to actually follow the stickied rules. Stuff like don't bump every hour and don't sell characters are pretty normal requests to be made of people here I think.

I'll bump as many times as I want when people keep asking me where on the forums and they can't find it. I'm not spamming it like crazy so chill. It got to the bottom of page 2 people couldnt find it so I /bump for them sue me


In addition it took me 2 days to sell all the tickets.. and I wanted to run a level 1 duel instead of a raffle. So for those of you who think it takes 1 hour or less to host any player run event (you're an idiot) this comment applies to the idiots who think everything should be done free and hosting events are cakewalk. Technically last night was a wash since the server was lagged so bad lots were just logging in and out. Actually a little bummed since I wanted to buy a ticket but it was already too late when I got on tonight.

But beyond that, the above quote did get into an odd rant. Why are you upset?

hahaha because some guy told me it would take me 1 hour to set up a level 1, 25 player, naked duel contest and I shouldnt make a profit off hosting an event because it would only take an hour to manage it all.. I was gonna do the level 1 duels instead of the raffle but 5k a piece 25 people. Idea was shot down because I wanted a profit for taking the time and effort to make sure everything was proper and I knew it would take a week or so to work out everything.

So yea slight rant cuz idiots think it's easy to set a player run contest. Raffle was easy a 25 man duel not so much.

you should sell tickets for 1.5k each then make a 10k profit margin.

It is a good idea. I almost did this a few different times over the years but at the time I was making anywhere from 5k to 100k for 20mins of work doing Character escrow/sales and viewed a raffle as too much work for the return.

Now that my cash cow is hamburger that return doesn't look too shabby =)
