Isn't there a bone chip quest in Kaladim? I forget who you hand in to.

yes paladin guild in kaladim is similar exp to cb belts, however you need to hand in 4 at a time.

Bonechip hand in at felwithe also.

after lvl 8 the returns are pretty small, but its much cheaper, than the cb handins.
