Freezing when receiving/sending tells

So, I kept having random freezes, until I noticed the pattern:

Every time I tried to send a tell, I would freeze as soon as I hit enter.

EX: /tell Soandso hey whattup gimme some plat
(enter key)
(frozen client)

this just started happening out of the blue, I haven't changed anything. Any ideas?

update:

it was tell windows! i turned them off, no more freezing. if i turn them on, freezes occur on receiving/sending a tell.

Good to know! Thanks for updating. I like to know these little quirky things incase I ever run into them...
