Game Freezes Computer

Randomly EQ has been freezing up my entire computer, forcing a hard reset. Nothing stands out on whats causing the issue. Took the computer apart to make sure nothing was out of wack // cleaned dust out.

Is game still freezing when you have it in window screen or full screen? I'm assuming you tried Ctrl alt del or Ctrl shift esc? Recently it started? Any new updates like to graphics card?

I havent tried running the game in full screen yet. No updates as far as I know off. Yeah the beloved CTRL ALT DEL did nothing, as well as ALT TAB. I just updated DirectX and made the switch to opening up the game in Win 98 compatibility.
