Corbin Blackwell cons indifferent regardless of dwarf faction.. does not respond to hails as per:

His quest text should be the following:

You say, 'Hail, Corbin Blackwell'

Corbin Blackwell says 'Hurry! There's not much time. give me the key and show me proof that you are a friend sent to rescue me...'

[Give both the key and your Mithril Insignia Ring to Corbin Blackwell. He will make his escape (and give back the ring). You must protect Corbin until he reaches Dobbin Crossaxe. ]
