Our charter is that guilds will be formed outside of game for forum moderation.

We expect there to be a moderated forum section where only heads of appointed class 'A' forum guilds may post along with staff.

We expect all forum problems to be handled by the players and that only in times of dire need will a staff member become involved, at which point a solution is offered and enforced that likely no one is happy with.

Anonymous forum accounts may apply to <Forum Quest> and the safety of their guarantee is guaranteed IF ACCEPTED.
