Before you flame price, the drop rate on these have been completely nerfed. Out of the past 40 bilge kills I've had (yes i have killed him more than ~100 times as many of you know) I have seen only TWO PKTs. That's only two PKTs in about a month and a half amount of time (lots of time spent)!

Get it while it's hot!

Sold! Will update when I get another.

Currently 3.5k is the flat charge. If there is someone selling cheaper in EC then I will most likely compete unless it's wildly low.

maybe if you didnt exploit me this wouldnt be an issue. ever thought about about mr. dual box
