The money pelt (25-35p each) is the High Quality Bear Pelt (except I think it's actually called a High Quality Bear Skin; same difference). High Quality Cat and Wolf pelts also can sell for some (less) plat, and Medium/Low might even sell for a little bit, if you can find a buyer.

Personally I only sell the HQ pelts to other players; the rest I vendor (or use for tradeskills myself), but if you're really hurting for cash it wouldn't hurt to bring any non-ruined pelt to EC and see what you can get.
