If you put in 21 training points, none, really, though expect many of your combines to fail early on (the 5pp/item tends to outweigh this, though). If you don't want to put in the training points and you're smart about how you level it up, you'd need maybe 20ish plat to get it to 21 skill (rough estimate, and again, you might be able to make it up altogether by being smart about what you make and how much you sell it for). Look up some guides on jewelcrafting (I found EQtraders and the P99 wiki to be the most useful), do your research, and make some money. You're an enchanter - for God's sake, do some enchanting!
