Default Harmtouch - cooldown used when target runs out of range

I'm logging this anomaly which seems to have happened on P99 Red on my Shadowknight Skar.

Harm touch was used in between warrior stun as the warrior was retreating, while he was in range for the ability to be triggered at my client, it registered on the server as out of range.

As such my spell cooldown was used, with no damage dealt.

Please correct this bug, either allow damage to resolve or stop cooldown from being used.

I believe this is a scenario that has more to do with 250+ latency.

i have noticed many bugs dealing with HarmTouch and LayOnHands. somehow i feel as though someone once told me this is client-side, but a fix would be nice.

Hi Phace,

The client side version doesn't use cooldown. Unfortunately this one's server side as the cooldown remained used after logging and zoning.

Would love if the Harmtouch button actually stayed greyed out until it was ready to use, and hitting it during the greyed out state would give you the timer. As it is now, the button cycles back is as though it is ready to use long before it actually is. I have this same problem with some long recast spells on other classes like Harvest with Wizard and Divine Aura with Cleric.
