I'm new to red as well but I have enough plat that I can spare some to help you get your spells. Make sure to do the Curscale Armor quest for some money since you're killing pups anyhow. And you can turn in bone chips to Trooper Mozo. The return on turning them in is better than selling them plat-wise.
Thanks for the suggestions! I don't seem to be doing too bad with plat for spells. The nice thing about the lack-o-xp-bonus is I can actually afford them as I'm levelling now [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Got my necro to level 10. Currently trying out Kurns but absolutely every spawn in the enterance is red con and near impossible to solo.

Anyone else leveling in Kunark around this level?? May have to plan group times as nobody ever seems to be on to group when I'm on.

Perhaps someone who is bored in FOB has time to clear out all the greater skeletons on the main floor so some other mobs can spawn. pretty please..

Should kill Scalebone Skeletons, Giant Scorpions, and other similar stuff in FoB until you hit 12, then you absolutely begin destroying Kurn's Tower.

Thanks, looks like I'm going to have to do this but after suckling at the teet that is Kurns ZEM its hard to look back.

If anyone wants to group up in Kurns look me up.
