Level is irrelevant when determining what a max hit is. Defensive or shielding will change the values, but it's still (DB + x*DI). http://www.thesteelwarrior.org/forum...hread.php?t=13 | |||

Unless live was radically different, mobs will be hitting for max hit every time well before spiroc, so there's no reason that his max hit wouldn't be parsed within the first month or two of sky's opening.
And re: pets getting aggro over players - when they can --- NPCs prefer players unless there's a radical difference between distance of pet and distance of player. As a monk I've feigned a mob onto the pet's model and then dpsed, pet tanking. And the reason you had earth pet tanks, and that some people do, is similar to this - root aggro makes mob attack nearest if there's a "1" range difference.

I guess I was always under the impression that pet aggro was somewhat shared with the owner. As in, if I stuck my necro pet on Mob XXX, and the pet stays alive tanking for 2 minutes... then I need to chain another when my first dies, the second pet would take time to re-establish aggro over whatever aggro I had generated from the first pet.
Was that not the case? | ||

If you are going to bump a old thread, you should bump the good 25 page, 30 page, long ones. This server has forgotten how to make a true RnF thread, i miss the old days =(
