Login Error: HELP!

After searching through a couple similar threads, it seems that they are having the same problems but for a different reason. I am reaching out to the wonderful community here because i hit a block in the road.

I came back to play after a couple months off and i cannot find the server list on EQemu launcher OR Titanium Direct shortcut does not work. I haven't changed anything since i last played (other than the login server change, and login/p99 account link). I could use some assistance, as i have that itch to play again since i have more free time. help? I will respond as fast as possible!
