Always hug the north zone wall as tightly as possible. On low level toons i have almost always made it through agro free at night. If you do get agro up there it makes for easy CR as well.

I always run that way on low level characters--regardless of the time of day--as i have been destroyed when cutting through the heart of the zone by occasional undead that hasn't depopped on time, DE's that people are pulling/training, etc.
