Long time no see. I like the rule changes. I think it'll be more welcoming. Only problem is how do you enforce it? That's the problem I see. If GM's do it then what about corrupt GM's? You need active GM's too.
Is there a way to enforce play nice rules in the gameplay, without GM assistance?
