Hey was wondering how long it generally takes to lift the IP ban after petitioning for an IP exemption

My IP received an exemption, not our IP. Since this was an exemption made for a friend who only occasionally comes over to my house, there is no need to use the plural in my sentence.

Wait, so since I have created a new account since my wife and I got our exemption I have to repetition? I thought it was IP.
