Quest Issue: Illegible Scroll Quest not working

Hi,

I tried to do the Illegible Scroll Quest in North Felwithe (detaield here http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=94).

General Jyleel gives the right quest but doesn't accept the Illegible Scroll.

Has anyone done this quest before?

There are two possible reasons why this wouldn't work :

- It's an Illegible Scroll I found on an oracle orc in east commonlands. Not in Crushbone.
- My gnome cleric his dubious in Felwithe, but i doubt it (Jyleel says the right dialogues).
