Yes we are open to all. It gives an opportunity for low leveled people to easily find people to group with, ask questions, etc. It's hard to tell a doucher from a non-doucher, but I have already kicked people for less-than-nice behavior.

Met some of the nicest people in this guild. Happy to be a part of this family. If someone from our guild has been rude or griefed you in some reason please share! Our goal is definitely not be the douchies of the server, unless that's some crazy master plan I am unaware of! :P

We are a no nonsense guild and will take actions accordingly if you talk to the leadership about an issue you have with a member.

This doesn't mean we are super serious and never goof off. We have a lot of fun together and are very lax. It's just that we pride our reputation and if you want to be a jackass you can freely do so, but not at the expense of the guild name.
