Need legal advice from red99 PnP lawyers, Monk FD scenario, is it "legal" or not

If your'e fighting mobs and are jumped in pvp and it's legal to gate or zone, it's legal to FD IMO.

It's also legal to run through mobs and FD away from the attacker. If the attacker is dumb enough to follow you, that's their problem.

This is something monks, necro's and SK's have and do and it's not much diff than classes who can gate/zone/invis etc.

Also every fight like this with just about every SK, monk, necro on the server has gone like this for me, either you kill the FD'er or they pull something like this. Going in unprepared and unable to kill them b4 they get away is not winning at pvp.'

Nothing wrong with owning them and gating away from the mobs though. So perfectly fine to attack them with mobs if you think you can handle it [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

The person attacking is taking advantage of the player who is currently attacking a mob. The monk in this case should either fight with the mob on them, run away and then FD dropping aggro when the attacker is not in aggro range.

Transferring aggro from one person to another is considered a train.

Another example of a train. A person runs to a group of 2 and aggros 2 mobs while running to them. One of the two people in that group he is attacking heals someone, the aggro transfers to that person/group. That is also a train.
