The old X-Men cartoon from the 90's was pretty hot. It did the comic storylines justice, too bad the animation was so cheap. I forget the story arc, but the one where Bishop going back in time to prevent the X-Men from an assassin being stopped by Cable from the far future who wanted to maintain the timeline was one of my favs.

I really wish they would redo the Pheonix saga. X-Men 3 was horrendous.

Aww man Cyclops? Nobody likes that guy. Best thing he ever did is become a terrorist the last few years....and then they gotta reboot that shit. He is so much more compelling as basically a child soldier who has fought for way too long.

Gambit in these movies has been horrible. I forget which X-Men movie he was in, but he was a major let down. Not sure if he's in this last movie. If he is, I hoped they recasted him.

I remember reading about someone cast as gambit this year that had everyone's panties in a twist, that might of been for X-Men Apocalypse though.
