Well honestly hp and mana gear is more of a pre raid endgame gear choice to shoot for. Just go int while leveling and worry about it later. For instance pre 50 I had like 240 int, once I hit 60 I used all of my plat on mana gear, now I'm at 200 int (the softcap) with just about 3.1k mana.
