Default Cleric soloing at 38

Hey guys...need a little help with some solo options for my level 38, meagerly geared cleric. The only real items of note would be a Testament of Vanear and Cone of Mystic, otherwise there isn't much going on.

So I know specters might be an option, however despite not attempting them yet I'm a bit hesitant to this early on.

Anyone have any bright ideas on where to solo around this stage?

Poobah Le'Grande

Unrest hag room is a possibility, they're a pain to break but its doable if your gear isn't terrible (they get very slow at 40).

Basement isnt such a good choice, multiple mobs, some werebats etc make for inefficient non-undead nukes [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

39-49 is totally spectres though if your mana pool can handle them, I'd go to Feerott as Oasis has that annoying water feature to negotiate (or root nuke the ones in OOT, guaranteed not to be camped, but remember to bind [You must be logged in to view images. If you really wanted, get to 39 however and you'll be in demand for many groups. CoM should be fast leveling [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I've been levelling a newbie Ogre and the Feerott specs are camped pretty regularly, at least in the (US time) evening hours. At least a lot of "CC" checks and replies indicating such.

Yeah, some ogres can cash in if the clerics/druids/etc need their scythes sold. My cleric was a dark elf so could sell outside Oggok but I imagine if I were a halfling it would get old having to sell/bank in Freeport/RV each time [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Well only a fool would assume soloing is my primary objective. In the case of the dense, allow me to further define my request as such:

Although I am a cleric and grouping is my primary concern/source of XP, the situation may exist where either I lack the time to commit to a group or simply an available group slot cannot be found. With this being said, where would a cleric facing certain quandaries stated above seek out XP that he or she may procure independently?

Oh, and thanks guys for the constructive posts!

Id suggest posting up at the specs in feerrot while keeping an eye open for Lguk groups. You can also hunt around the Zone Lines in Lguk. Its safe, plenty of undead frogs which are some of the lowest HP mobs, and you can always zone if things get dicey. Plenty of opportunity to sell rezzes. You can pick up some nice gear and loot in Guk and its a fun challenge.

If you're going to rez in Lower Guk though be firm and tell them you want their corpse dragged to the zoneline - don't head on down towards ass/sup etc trying to do people a favor for 20-30pp... you'd be amazed how little people will want to donate for your time/effort [You must be logged in to view images.
