Sola is pretty close to BYOG, or you won't find one. Unless you're lucky enough to zone in around the same time someone is about to leave - or, don't mind sitting at ZL for 30mins to an hour or two.

I would recommend HHK. I made lots of experience grouping there from 25-30, and it seemed like a popular place for monks because they were often grouped with me. You can sell and bank right there near the camp. So you can actually loot stuff as a monk. Plus you can bind there, so when you die after pulling the raider room you can get right back into the fight. That said, get somebody to lull or harmo the raider room before you pull it. There's usually 1 group there on the goblins, and more often than not somebody in the group is tired and they need to duck out so you can snag an open spot. I logged on a few times and was in the group within 60 seconds.

No love for sol a! I spent more time in that zone in a duo and solo than anywhere else in classic.

Made my first few grand of cash pulling loot out of there.
