How come you are changing the exp loss but not fixing this bug and making it classic. Doesn't seem right.

Classic, was you always lose exp if you die from a dot on blue. I dont know what pvp servers were like.

If you died from a dot in a duel or in the arena, it was a exp loss death. This was true at least into PoP.

What is in the OP is also classic. Only fair to leave the no exp death in, if you are going to leave the buff/dot stripping out.
