Quest Issue: Deathfist Slashed Belts, Evil Version

Well I'm sure this isn't going to endear me to some people on this server or maybe this quest was modified to have this change but IDK but...

Turning DF slashed belts into the captian isn't supposed to give Negative faction to the Steel Warriors and as far as I know its NEVER given negative faction to the Steel Warriors cause that isn't who the Militia really are at odds with. They've always been at odds with the Priests of Marr and the Knights of Truth

So techincally the faction hits should be as follows
+Freeport Militia
-Knights of Truth
-Priests of Marr
+CoalitionofTradefolkIll

I mean if I'm wrong feel free to tell me but I always found it so strange that DF belts to the Militia on this server gave negative steel warriors faction when I started playing during Kunark and turned in many a belt and if you wanted postive NFP guard faction you avoided turning them into the Militia but gave them to the Steel Warriors guy instead.
