![]() Hey guys, I played Everquest pre-kunark, and up to the Planes of Power days, and am hopefully going to relive some of that here!
I was reading the server rules, and it says the server 'doesn't allow more than one computer from a local public internet to access it,' or something along those lines. I was hopefully going to play with my brother, who I live with and has a computer right next to me. I was wondering if there was some way the server/admin can differentiate that, since we're not two boxing. I think they have separate IP's but are on the same network. Any response would be great! hoping to play soon. cheers

![]() Just file for an IP exception, they do it on a base by base case. Just make sure you never two box/dual box because they are really good at catching that here, and they WILL ban you.

![]() To reiterate: Make sure you don't box, they'll catch you eventually.
I used to be like you. *lights a cigarette* Then I decided I just couldn't wait for my brother to come back from vacation to transfer my fungi tunic, and then BAM *Throws vintage Prima EQ Kunark strategy guide on desk*, Zade shoves his banhammer up my ass and permanently strips our exemptions. Now we can't both play together and share our mother's basement. I had to move out and get a job, and my raid attendance dropped so they kicked me out of TMO. Fuck
