Divinity: Original sin (today) 40$ a little too steep for a gamble and feedback is game is buggy as fuck for now.
Those reviews you've been reading are probably still early access reviews. It released just a couple days ago and it's been in almost a perfect state since. It's easily my favorite game of the decade so far. It actually feels like a spiritual successor to Baldur's Gate / Icewind Dale / Planescape: Torment / Neverwinter Nights. It's absolutely phenomenal how much of a sleeper hit this game is. Pick it up, you will not be disappointed.

Edit: Pick it up if you were a fan of the old Isometric RPG's. If you don't like them then you may want to pass.

I bought colonies online, which is like an isometric shooter with bare bones eve online mechanic on top, really alpha, maybe should have bought divinity.
