1hb higher than allowed

I think 1hb skill should be (Level*4) + 4 for a cleric right? The skill screen is maxed but I am still able to increase skill if you look at screen.

(Your Level + 1)*5

So at level 19, you have (19+1)*5=20*5=100 So no, that isn't an issue it is 5 not 4

Yea that doesn't look correct. I think it was universal for all classes, all skills the cap = (Level+1)*5.
