Hi,
My name is infectious and I think I deserve the account because for one, I play a 30 necro on p99 currently. Even though I have started playin over 3 months ago. I dont just grind when I have time to play I mostly try to re-explore the land I love. Gettin this account would help me from wastein another 3 monthes til I hit 50 on my necro, I love this server and game but I currently dont have time to grind exp all day.
What does EQ mean to me?
I love EQ and have since i started right before the release of kunark. I dont have as much time anymore but I still love the game and play every couple hours i get each week.

I don't deserve this account because I have spent the entire 4 months of my emu career standing across from T1 being a tunnel whore.

I suggest keeping the account as you never know when you will want to play again, even if just for a bit.

To make sure you REALLY want to quit. Give all your droppable shit away to random noobs in shit gear in the noob camps. Then bind your self in a death loop in some interesting place. AFK for a few hours.

If you can make it all the way to level 1 with out feeling bad about it, then you were ready to quit. Delete the toon and go on with life!

I will make you an offer / deal to only "borrow" the account, and if you ever feel like returning I will have no problems handing it back to you.

That offer is better than flat out giving it away.

Default My Reason

I've always played a Paladin in live, and have always had a necro alt because it's the total opposite of my paladin experience. I really enjoy the variations between the two chars which is why I'd want a necro accounnt. Because Paladins are so group dependant, it would be a completely refreshing to play someone that's not so dependant. I also really hate the leveling up p[eriod of the game. I enjoy raiding and what not, and this would totally take that factor out of it for me.

I played a Paladin till level 65 and 3980764 AA's untill the end of PoP. Real life got in the way so I stopped playing. I wouldnt mind if ever wanted to play again and wanted the acccount back since it was a donation. All of my friends started on this server well before me so I can't group with anyone, and as stated before I truely hate the leveling experience. I'm beyond social and am in a guild where I can't really enjoy grouping with many people because most of the guild is much higher than me doing hate/fear and what not.

Reason why I should have this Account? I'm a necro IRL. Boom!

Eq always was more of a social thing for me, I've always loved making friends and learning new things. Now that I'm getyting a,little older and out of bar scenes and all, this seem to be a way to not get myself into trouble (see girlfriend) My goal now is to have soemthing to play when I'm bored which is usually every night and to be somewhat competitive. I'll never be a poopsocker, because I hate socks. I won't sell the account, because there's no point to it imo.

I mean really....why are lvl 50s with full planar gear on two+ Toons going for this account!?!?

Don't you have enough already!? We really don't need you monopolizing all the spawns just to gear ANOTHER alt.

Straw man
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A straw man argument is an informal fallacy based on misrepresentation of an opponent's position. [1] To "attack a straw man" is to create the illusion of having refuted a proposition by substituting a superficially similar yet unequivalent proposition (the "straw man"), and refuting it, without ever having actually refuted the original position.

Reasoning

The straw man fallacy occurs in the following pattern of argument:

1. Person A has position X.
2. Person B disregards certain key points of X and instead presents the superficially-similar position Y. Thus, Y is a resulting distorted version of X and can be set up in several ways, including:
1. Presenting a misrepresentation of the opponent's position and then refuting it, thus giving the appearance that the opponent's actual position has been refuted.[1]
2. Quoting an opponent's words out of context – i.e. choosing quotations that misrepresent the opponent's actual intentions (see contextomy and quote mining).[2]
3. Presenting someone who defends a position poorly as the defender, then refuting that person's arguments – thus giving the appearance that every upholder of that position (and thus the position itself) has been defeated.[1]
4. Inventing a fictitious persona with actions or beliefs which are then criticized, implying that the person represents a group of whom the speaker is critical.
5. Oversimplifying an opponent's argument, then attacking this oversimplified version.
3. Person B attacks position Y, concluding that X is false/incorrect/flawed.

This sort of "reasoning" is fallacious, because attacking a distorted version of a position fails to constitute an attack on the actual position.
