I did burning rapier at 17. You are a rogue, you should be a master of resourcefulness.
Here are some tips -


-Most of the things that are bought at vendors just requires running.
-Blackburrow stuff is right in your wheelhouse level wise to fight.
-clockwork stout can be picked by any 25+ rogue or the room cleared by almost any 40+ pet class, monk or SK. I'm in sol b most nights, send me a tell and i'll get it for you.
-sparkle purse in sol a is very close to bar room, the most heavily camped room in sol a. If you ask nicely, they only need to pull 1 room further than they probably already are.
-mistmoore drop is in the courtyard right outside the hooded dhampyre spawn, which is camped 90% of the time. Ask the person or group camping it to kill the hemo enologist if they aren't already. If they are killing it anyway, just ask nicely to loot. You can sneak / hide all the way back to that room.
-locked room in EFP can be picked at roughly level 20. shouldn't be that hard at all to find a rogue or bard to help you with it. despite their class, most rogues i've met are exceedingly friendly.
