Honestly not a troll, why not just remove the exp/gear all together and make it about the PVP only. Maybe design some sort of zone control system that grants passive benefits. Add SZ style coin system and put in some custom PVP gear you can buy with it.
Basically start char /betabuff to 60, buy a good set of starter gear off the vendor along with all spells, do nothing but PVP for advancement. Don't even put raid mobs in, remove a bunch of zones and make it into a FFA PVP box. | ||
