asking people to police their guilds; fucking LOLZ

the core of each guild has each others back. never gonna happen, regardless how much cheating, scamming, mq'ing, ghosting, boxing or vile abuse is witnessed.

This is prolly the core difference between P99 and Live EQ once it hit Planes of Power era. Pre PoP when there were no caps on guild lists, the atmosphere, at least on Xegony, was quite similar. Scum bag top guild Inner Circle who were the subject of many legitimate hackusations [great word Salem], who were able to keep shit on lock down. Once PoP rolled out with capped raids of 72, guilds suddenly started booting morans left and right, and tons of guilds popped up.

tl;dr Pre PoP EQ's formula of zerg 2 win is responsible for the majority of the grievances people cry about.

I think I've been pretty consistent in my view of the recruitment strategies here since day 1, please see Nihilum internal forums. The blame isn't on the people as much as the game ruleset of EverQuest which creates the raid dynamic we see, a dynamic that was changed once raids became capped in Planes of Power. It no longer made sense then to recruit Ranger #11 if you knew that person wouldn't realistically be able to participate in your raids.

Also pretty sure only mad person is the guy having to work 100 hours a week for low pay while furiously texting people about EQ Pixels and spamming craiglist accounts 8)
