Miscellaneous: Assist doesn't show proper HP level

I noticed this and it appears to happen when you get your assist target from a long way away. Like if you assist the puller when he's too far away for you to have targeted the mob naturally or something. Hitting escape and targeting again fixes it.

It's the old hp bug. been there quite a while now, tho its not everywhere it happens. Some zones are worse than others, like KK. You have to be in melee range and tab back and forth between mob and you till it updates
