PC was $2,500 and I got nothing but seeing him zone much faster and some gratitude. Which was more than I asked for which was nothing.

$2,500 for a pc to play Everquest LOL....you can zone just as fast on a bestbuy out of the box Asus with a onboard video card for $399.99

First, 2 minutes to zone? I have to call bullshit unless the dumbass had all the optional graphics on. I have an old comp on a half speed dialup connection (2.8kbps) and I zone in 20 seconds.

Second, if Nizzar cared about the entirety of the guild more than he did himself, he would have backed away and avoided anything that could even be mistaken as a leadership role. You can pull strings from the shadows and influence everything without being the figurehead. The ego and stupidity of a couple people caused this.


Also, Lite, if you really couldn't be in Azrael unless you are the Leader is kind of evidence that perhaps you shouldn't be Leader. Nothing personal, I think you are the right kind of person to be a Raid Leader, but you just don't seem to have the charisma that helps a shitload as a Guild Leader.
I was actually planning to join Azrael at one point, but changed my mind because of you. I spoke with Andis at length twice about joining and he told me I had to talk to you. The first two times I tried you didn't respond at all. The third time you did and like 4-5 mins into the conversation you asked me a question. Before I could answer the question you logged or switched toons.
You didn't say anything before you did it, didn't send me a tell from another toon, or even tell someone in TS to send me a tell. I gave you the benefit of the doubt and waited but you never got back on Lite or spoke another word to me.

If you had shown me a tiny measure of respect I would probably still be in Azrael and all the help and kindness I have shown would have been lavished on the guild twofold or more.

Riley would almost certainly have rejoined after the reforming that booted him, especially since he was the one pushing me to join. Add in our alt armies and you lost out on 17 or so 50+ toons, 6-7 of which are 60.
A charismatic person would have at least pretended a potential recruit was wanted and important and certainly show them common courtesy. That's how you inspire people and make them want to follow you.

I hated leading raids when I was a guild leader but I spent 90% of my free-time helping people from the newest recruit to the oldest member. I led by example and never asked anyone to do something I was not willing to do twice and inspired fierce loyalty and guild pride. Eventually selflessness inspires reverence, even from people over twice my age.

If you like being in charge, and especially admired, there is nothing on earth that can stroke your ego like reverence. If I ran into some old members on a different game, most would still drop everything to help me any way they could think of.

Work on being more charismatic and you will love the results, I promise.

I will try to cut back on the length, but I cannot promise anything. I am excessively wordy on forums out of habit, not necessity. The last one was actually quite short compared to most.
